As a Sudbury wedding photographer, my approach is rooted in a documentary style—being a fly on the wall doesn’t quite describe it. I lean into observing rather than directing. Life is full of beauty in its everyday rhythm, unfolding naturally if we allow ourselves to truly be present for it. My work isn’t about staging or orchestrating moments—it’s about honouring what’s already happening around you.
What does this mean for your wedding day?
It means that you get to focus on experiencing your day without me stripping away the authenticity of a moment by inserting direction. I’ll never tell you how to stand, when to share a kiss, or who should adjust your attire. Instead, I’m there to quietly observing and reflect the connections and emotions that make your day uniquely yours.
Of course, I understand how meaningful a traditional family portrait can be, but beyond that, what’s most important to you? You don’t have to spend hours pulled away from loved ones for hours of posed images. Instead, there’s a way to honour your day that keeps it true to your story—uninterrupted, real, and deeply personal. It can be done differently.

You get to be present with the people around you and what is literally happening right in front of you, while it is being documented in real time. It isn't a production, there are no interruptions to step into better light, because I have already placed myself to document you in the best light in the space you have naturally chosen to be in. I don't need you to displace yourself when I can move around freely and still document you in the most natural way.
