This couple. They are two of the strongest people I know. The world hasn’t always been the kindest to them but they have managed to push through every situation that has come their way.
I was so honoured to be able to capture their second pregnancy for them. I met up with Dana and Ryan at their home to get a few shots. I have had the pleasure to work with Dana for many years  but have only met Ryan a handful of times or so. While Dana was off changing, I was making small talk with Ryan. I had asked him if he was a ‘typical’ man when it came to photo sessions? You know, the ‘I’ll put on the nice shirt and smile to make my wife happy’, kind of guy. He replied with something along the lines of, no I don’t mind because a photo is worth so much. These words are so true. The small things in life are so easily forgotten, life’s moments because once they are over, all we have are our memories.
Congrats to Ryan and Dana on the birth of their beautiful little girl!
